1) Do you offer FREE delivery?

We offer FREE of charge delivery for all items in our store.

 

2) How can I get my items faster?

We offer Express Fast Delivery option, rates are calculated before checkout.

 

3) How can I know where is my item now?

As Standard Free delivery doesn’t include tracking service. We offer tracking option with an extra fees (+4 USD). Although we have very low rate on lost items, we highly recommend to select tracking option at checkout, especially when shipping items to Middle East, Africa, Middle & South America, Russia, China and South East Asia.

If you are not using tracked shipping option, you can still contact your local post office and ask if they can help you find where your item. You can also reach us to let us know if you have any issue with delivery.

4) Do you ship to my country?

We deliver our items worldwide, however, there are some countries we don’t ship to, due to several reasons e.g. high lost-item rate, unavailable payment gateway…. Contact us if you couldn’t see your country in the shipping option, and we can check if there is a possibility to ship to your country or not.

5) How long does it take to get my items?

Delivery time takes usually 10~14 days for Standard FREE Delivery by Japan Post and your local Post Service (e.g. USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail…), and 3~5 Days for Express Fast Delivery by EMS service. 

Please note that delivery time may take longer time, specially during vacations & holiday seasons. Also, depending on your order quantity, we might ship your items separately.

Please note that there is 1~3 days processing time before shipping. 

 

6) What is the currency of the prices?

Prices are calculated based on USD. You can view prices in your local currency by selecting your favorite currency from the drop down currency menu in the top of our website (in the menu list if you are using mobile website).

Prices shown based on local currency are based on the global exchange rates to make it easier for you to estimate the cost. However, all payments are charged in USD and the final amount charged on your account in local currency might be slightly higher or lower than the prices shown in our website.

 

7) How can I pay for the items?

We accept payments by; Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express & PAYPAL. And you can pay directly on our website after adding the items you want in the cart and proceed to check out and fill the required email address and shipping address forms.


8) Do you accept returns?

Yes, our return policy lasts 30 days for any unused items.

 

9) I received a defected item, can you refund the item I purchased?

We do our best to offer you the highest possible quality, in case of any defect in our products, we guarantee a free of charge replacement or 100% payment refund. Please keep a photo or any evidence at such unfortunate case, and contact us at short.
